So… when are the “Regional” Chairs (’10 – ’12) calling their meeting to elect the representative officers?
When the Chairs call the meeting it should be published in order to provide an opportunity for ALL Republicans in Erie County’s Regions to be a candidate for the office.
A registered Republican does not have to be an “elected” committee-person to be elected to the VChair or Vice-Chair in the Regions…..
Where is the “active” participation of the Republicans in Erie County?
Question:
If the respective Chairs do not call a meeting to elect the new Chairs … then the Vice-Chairs should execute the By-Laws of the ECRC.
